Our approach to Configuration Management includes refining, creating, and maintaining a Software Configuration Management Plan for each project that outlines the process for establishing and maintaining the integrity of work products using configuration identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits.
The plan explains the controls used for the configuration and change of software work products during all phases of the life cycle; and, it supports the networks, computers, databases, applications, system interfaces, data, documentation, and security services.
We will follow a detailed Configuration Management process to plan, track, test, and document Hardware and Software configuration changes.
